Mother May I by Joshilyn Jackson book review

Mother May I by Joshilyn Jackson

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 stars

Wow! This is one breathtaking, edge-of-your-seat, nail-biting thriller. I've made it a habit to stop reading the blurbs in thrillers and go in completely blind(sometimes the blurbs give way too much away) and I'm so thankful I did with this one.

I'm not sure what I expected going into this book but what I got was so much more(in the best way possible).

My favorite books are Action-packed and character-driven thrillers, Mother May I is one of these. As a mother myself, the story is a nightmare. I kept asking myself, what would I do in this situation? But then I realized, any mother in this situation would stop at nothing to get their child back

I've been anxiously awaiting this book for awhile now. I've had it on reserve at my local library so I was ecstatic when it became available. After reading this and falling in love with it, I immediately ordered my own copy.

This is definitely one of the absolute best thrillers I've read in 2021 and has made my list of favorites for the year. This is my first book by Joshilyn Jackson and I am so impressed. I will read anything Joshilyn comes out with next!
